Hyatt Place Chapel Hill Hotel, Chapel Hill

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated, making them incredibly comfortable and clean. However, there was a slight smell of cooking grease in the room. The service provided by a group of three employees was exceptionally friendly and responsive, although I did notice some empty coffee bins. The location was wonderful, just out of Chapel Hill, which made it easy to get to everything I needed to do on campus. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were decent for a family stay, and the breakfast area had a cozy atmosphere, but cooking grease smell was a bit off-putting. The service was good overall, with a wonderful staff, but the dining area needed more attention to cleanliness and stocking. The location was convenient, especially for activities on campus, though a bit out of the way and lacking inspiring views. The dining experience, while meeting expectations for a hotel buffet, could have been better with more variety and prompt service with eggs. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
